Exchange & return Policy for online purchase

What is your return policy?

LaCanadienneshoes.com will refund any unworn or defective merchandise within 21 days of receiving your purchase based on the original method of payment. Any return requests received after this deadline will automatically be refused.

Please return footwear in the original shoebox. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and free of any damage. Original tags must remain attached.

Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds are credited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

We do not absorb return shipping fees. Please ship back merchandise using your carrier of choice.

Packages returned without our consent will be refused.

We do not accept returns purchased from our retail boutiques or any third party retailers.

Items purchased in one of our three retail locations are subject to the return policies outlined on the store receipt. La Canadienne boutiques do not issue refunds, only exchange or store credit within 7 days of the original purchase.

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you checked out as a guest and would like to request a return, please contact customerservice@lacanadienneshoes.com for instructions.

Please log into your account. First selecting “My orders” from the list of options in the column on your account.

Then please click on “View order” for the order that includes the product that you would like to return.

This will bring you to the page with the “Return” button.

Fill in the requested information and submit.

You will receive confirmation via email within 48 hours advising if your return request has been accepted or declined. Please follow steps and return your parcel to the address specified. Please be sure to affix the return label with return number and address on the outside of your package.

All requests forwarded after the 21 day deadline will be refused.

Please use your carrier of choice when returning goods.

Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable and we do not cover return shipping fees incurred.

We do not process straight exchanges. If you are interested in another size or style you will need to place a new online order.

When will my credit card will be refunded?

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed on the original form of payment (i.e. same credit card) within five business days. You will be notified, via email, at the email address listed on your invoice when the refund has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and credit this transaction to your account once it has received the refund confirmation from La Canadienne.

Can La Canadienne products purchased at an independent retailer be refunded through lacanadienneshoes.com?

No. All products purchased through one of our independent retailers, must be returned to the store in which they were purchased. We cannot dictate or intervene in independent store exchange or return policies.

Can La Canadienne products purchased through lacanadienneshoes.com be returned to an indepedent retailer or to a La Canadienne store?

No. All products purchased through the La Canadienne online store must be returned through lacanadienneshoes.com. Please contact customerservice@lacanadienneshoes.com for details.
