What is your return policy?
- La Canadienne will refund any unworn or defective merchandise within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange based on the original method of payment. Please return footwear in the original shoebox and return all other items with the original tags and tickets attached. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable. Refunds are credited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Using your order confirmation number and your first name, please email customerservice@lacanadienneshoes.com for a return/exchange authorization number. This email must be forwarded as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have received your product (this delay is determined based on the delivery date tracked by UPS).
We will not accept a return/exchange request past the 14-day deadline. You will receive your authorization number by email along with all return shipping details. Please securely pack and seal the returned merchandise. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable and we do not cover shipping fees incurred for returns or exchanges.

When will my credit card be refunded?
- Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment (i.e. same credit card) within five business days. You will be notified, via email, at the email address listed on your invoice when the refund has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and credit this transaction to your account once it has received the refund confirmation from La Canadienne.

Can La Canadienne product purchased through an independent retailer be returned through La Canadienne online?
- No. All products purchased through one of our independent retailers, must be returned to the store in which they were purchased. We cannot dictate or intervene in independent store exchange or return policies.

Can La Canadienne product purchased through La Canadienne online be returned through an independent retailer or through La Canadienne’s flagship store?
- No. All products purchased through the La Canadienne online store must be returned through lacanadienneshoes.com. Please contact info@lacanadienneshoes.com for details.
