Shipping & Delivery

• How will my order be shipped and how much will it cost me?

• All orders will ship via UPS. We ship from Montreal Quebec.
  • For orders shipped within Canada you have the following 2 options;
    1. Ground delivery- The cost is $15 and it may take approximately 1-7 business days depending on your location.
    2. Express delivery-The cost is $30 a parcel. It will normally be delivered within 1-2 business days depending on your location.
  • For orders shipped to the US, you have the following 2 options;
    1. Ground delivery- The cost is $15 and it may take approximately 2-7 business days depending on your location.
    2. Express delivery-The cost is $40 a parcel. It will normally be delivered within 1-3 business days depending on your location.
  • For orders shipped to International locations;
    1. All International shipments will ship via UPS Express Saver service for $50 a parcel. The package will normally be delivered within 1-5 business days depending on your location.

• Do you charge sales tax?

• For orders shipped within Canada, sales taxes apply, but vary depending on the "ship to" address (province/territory). For orders shipped to the US and international locations, no sales tax is charged however international duty rates may apply.

• Can I place an order if I live outside North America?

• Yes. If you are an international customer you can purchase through our website however all transactions will be charged in US dollars. International duty rates may apply.

• How can I track my order?

• A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to your email by UPS once your box has been picked-up by UPS from our warehouse. This e-mail confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may track the status of your order at anytime by visiting the UPS website at http://www.ups.com.
