Order & Payment

How to shop online?

Shopping online is easy. Once you have selected the item you wish to purchase, you can add this item to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to bag" button. At any moment during your transaction, you may view the items you have added to your bag by clicking the "My Cart" button. Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, click on the "Got to checkout" button in your shopping cart window. At this point, you will need to complete your shipping and billing information and follow-up with your payment details to confirm your purchase.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment can be made through Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal Payments.

How do I redeem a gift card?

Online gift cards can only be redeemed through www.lacanadienneshoes.com. They cannot be used in store. If you have purchased a La Canadienne gift card at one of our retail locations it cannot be redeemed online. When someone sends you a La Canadienne Gift card you will receive an email stating the monetary value along with a numerical code. Shop the site, placing the items you would like to purchase in your shopping cart. When it is time to check out, enter your gift card code in the proper field once you are in the payment section. Check out as usual. If there is a balance to pay, you will be prompted to enter your credit card or PayPal information. If there is a balance left on the gift card, be sure to store your numerical code for your next purchase.

How do I know my payment is secure?

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe and secure La Canadienne uses GlobalSign® Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. Once you click on the "Checkout" button, then the SSL is enabled and you will see a padlock at the top of your browser. You can click on this padlock to find out additional information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode.
