The theme for International Women's Day 2024 is #InspireInclusion. When we inspire others to understand and value women's inclusion, we forge a better world. And when women themselves are inspired to be included, there's a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment. Collectively, let's forge a more inclusive world for women.
Since the very beginning, La Canadienne has been driven by the desire to empower women. Over 60% of the La Canadienne team across our head office, stores, and factory are women, so celebrating and supporting women is especially important to us.
Over the years, we've partnered with a number of women-focused organizations, including La Rue des Femmes, a non-profit that welcomes and cares for women who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, as well as the Cure Foundation, which offers a range of supportive services for breast cancer patients and their families.
