How will my order be shipped and how much will it cost me?
All International shipments will ship via Canada Post Xpresspost International.
Please note shipments may be delayed by 1-3 business days.
Shipping costs are based on your delivery location. Rates are determined by Canada Post.
The package will normally be delivered within 10-14 business days depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference and will commence from the shipping date; we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Are duties and taxes included?
Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.
La Canadienne is unable to advise on the amount of duties one might be charged. Please verify local taxes and duties before placing an order. Our Online Store ships worldwide and the shipping fees are included in the total amount of your order when placing an order online. However, the courier for your order may present you with a separate invoice from local authorities for duties owed.
How can I track my order?
A shipping confirmation will be sent to your email once your package has been processed. This e-mail confirmation will contain the tracking number. You may track the status of your order at any time by visiting the Canada Post website at http://www.canadapost.ca, or by clicking on the tracking number link in your confirmation email.
